Job Description:
Reporting to the Enablement Manager, this position is responsible providing virtual training on Cision’s processes, products & features for Sales and CX teams. In this role, you will prepare, evaluate, and execute training based on the needs of the request and product offering. This includes identifying skill and knowledge gaps to modify training as necessary for successful adoption.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Designing & Delivering training – owns the creation and delivery of training materials and courses for our global associates.
• Key Performance Indicator: measurable outcomes tied to specific role responsibilities include ESAT (Employee Satisfaction Score), Confidence Score & course Completion Rates.
• Project Management - Oversight and thorough management projects, reports to key stakeholders utilizing project management strategies.
• Stakeholder Communication: Prepares status reports to provide an up-to-date picture of team progress. Delivers clear and concise messages. Listens effectively and respects the contributions of others.
• Partnerships - Partners with Leaders and SMEs across the organization to design, develop and deliver online learning content (online courses, videos, documents) and programs to meet new hire onboarding and ongoing learning needs.
Minimum Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or 1-2 years’ experience
• Training Acumen: Deploy a wide variety of training methods, conduct effective induction, and orientation sessions.
• Instructional Design: Ability to develop courses and instructional material to educate associates.
