One of our companies is currently looking for an Ecosystem Growth Director in the United States.
As the Ecosystem Growth Director, you will be at the forefront of expanding the developer ecosystem, driving adoption, and fostering innovation within the platform. Your role will involve strategizing and executing initiatives that enhance developer engagement, streamline onboarding processes, and cultivate a vibrant community of builders. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that developers have the tools, resources, and support they need to succeed, ultimately contributing to the platform's growth and success.
Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to accelerate developer adoption and platform growth.
- Create and manage open-source initiatives, including developer sandboxes and community-driven projects.
- Identify and support early-stage projects through grants and incentive programs.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance SDK usability and developer onboarding.
- Establish and maintain technical relationships with ecosystem partners, driving joint initiatives.
- Advocate for best practices and serve as a public-facing representative for the platform.
Requirements
- Proven experience at the intersection of AI and Web3 technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and scale impactful open-source projects.
- Strong track record in improving developer experiences and gathering actionable feedback.
- Experience working across product, engineering, and marketing teams to execute strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to engage with developer audiences.
- Familiarity with building developer sandboxes, SDKs, or technical tooling for ecosystem growth.

- Competitive base salary ranging from $195,000 to $252,500.
