Chisholm Chisholm & Kilpatrick (CCK) is a private, public-interest law firm offering rewarding work with a focus on disabled military veterans and their families, as well as a wide range of other individuals who have been denied life, health, and disability benefits.
CCK is seeking an experienced E-Learning Developer for a 3-month contract to support our internal training initiatives. You will take instructional content and transform it into interactive, SCORM-compliant modules that are clear, accessible, and visually engaging. Your work will directly impact how our team members learn, develop, and grow.
Responsibilities:
- Build and publish SCORM e-learning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and WellSaid Labs
- Apply adult learning principles to enhance learner engagement and retention
- Convert finalized instructional content into high-quality, interactive e-learning experiences with limited direction or SME interaction
- Collaborate with the L&D Manager to ensure the timely delivery of modules based on project milestones
- Revise and refine modules based on feedback or process updates
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience designing and developing e-learning content, ideally in a professional services or corporate training environment
- Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and SCORM standards
- Experience with AI voiceover tools such as WellSaid Labs
- Solid understanding of adult learning theory and best practices in e-learning design.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple modules or deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
- Familiarity with LMS platforms

Additional Information:
- This is a 3 month contract position
- This job can be remote in CO, CT, FL, GA, LA, MA, NJ, RI, SC, TX, UT, or in person in our Providence, RI office
- Salary range: $25-$30 per hour, 40 hours per week
- Contractor must supply their own laptop
- This will be a 1099 position with no benefits
