Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service, and ensures that customer’s needs are met. Performs as a leader and role model and maintains positive employee relations. Supervises and coordinates the activities of employees or performs the work of all job levels.
- Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service.
- Smiles and greets customers.
- Assists customers by escorting them to products, securing items, and loading/unloading heavy items.
- Answers the telephone promptly.
- Assigns and supervises employees' duties.
- Monitors self-checkout registers and service counter.
- Stocks, replenishes, and faces all products.
- Operates cash register and processes transactions.
- Trains and enforces safety procedures.
