DME Customer Representative - Health Essentials - Days
Schedule: Part-Time 32hrs/week - Days
What You’ll Do Education of customers on proper usage of home medical equipment and supplies for age groups birth to senior. May require measuring for custom fit, answering customer product questions, explanation of safety issues. Maintain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, insurance medical policies and coverage issues. Take written orders from referral, completes information in patients plan of service. Completes orders in computer for billing and delivery of products and services. Handles payment and cash receipt. Answers telephone, greets customers, stocks inventory, assists in ordering.
Preferred Requirements Two years' experience in a health care organization.
