Customer Service Representative & Dispatcher (Remote)

To be considered for the position, you will need the following:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a call center environment. Remote experience counts toward this minimum.
- Exceptional customer service, with proven ability to manage and resolve challenging situations calmly.
- Excellent reading, listening, and verbal communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and dependable attitude.
- Proficient computer skills.
- A quiet work environment in your home, free from distractions
- A home WINDOWS 10 or higher PC (desktop, laptop)
- Reliable high-speed internet
- A Computer Headset with Microphone
- Spanish bilingual skills are a plus, but not required (additional pay for bilingual)
- Comfort in selling calls to customers.
- Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for various shifts which will include weekends
