- Must be fully capable of following the opening and closing procedures of the daily café operation.
- Responsible for the proper sanitation and cleanliness of the kitchen and food preparation area, including ovens, grills, stoves, hoods, fryers, preparation slicers, tables, and floors.
- Cleaning and sanitizing all pots and pans for use in the Café.
- Maintain a clean and organized worked environment.
- Ensure the proper sanitation, organization, and efficiency of service area.
