Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking a Disability Evaluation Coordinator to support our clinical operations remotely. You will be responsible for performing a variety of activities in support of the claimant examination and pre-examination questionnaires. This will consist of gathering, collecting, recording, tracking, entering and verifying medical data and information from claimant into proprietary EMR system for provider review.
This position is fully remote.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Review and assists claimant with pre-examination questionnaires and enters data into proprietary EMR system for provider review.
- Perform routine and basic front and back-office duties, to include phones, data entry.
- Reviews and edits reports in proprietary software application to ensure accuracy in context, grammar, spelling, and consistency.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED), or 2 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of diploma/GED
- 0 - 1 years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills that will enhance the interaction with claimants.
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs

EST 11:00am-7:30pm
CST 10:00am-6:30pm
MST 9:00am-5:30pm
PST 8:00am-4:30pm
AKT 8:00am-4:30pm
HST 8:00am-4:30pm
