Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced senior professional to join our Software Product/Project Manager team. The ideal candidate will assist in developing and delivering pharmaceutical compliance software products to our clients. This role involves utilizing your background to craft requirements and use cases that effectively communicate our customers' needs to our software DevOps team in a clear and understandable manner. While in-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical supply chain compliance is preferred, it is not required.
This is a full-time remote position.
Working hours: Monday-Friday 8am – 4:30pm ET
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities that inform product strategy.
- Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market signals to continuously improve products and features.
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate product hypotheses, optimize user experiences, and guide data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to deliver high-quality products.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and gather insights.
- Design end-to-end product experiences, including user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Create and maintain design systems, UI patterns, and documentation to ensure consistency across the product.
- Advocate for design best practices, accessibility, and intuitive user experiences across the organization.
- Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure high-quality execution of designs.
- Iterate quickly based on feedback from users, data, and cross-functional team input.
- lead and mentor a cross-functional team of Product Managers and Business Analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the product development lifecycle.
- Set and track key performance metrics to evaluate product success and inform future decisions.
- Prioritize product features and initiatives based on business impact and customer value.
- Partner with executive leadership to align product development with strategic objectives.
- Ensure product compliance with internal standards and external regulations (e.g., ISO, FDA).
- Responsibilities may evolve based on company or client needs.
Work Experience Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.
- Ability to bridge knowledge of the pharmaceutical compliance regulations to the engineering team
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements and relevant standards
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions.
- Experience working in agile product development environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The pay range for this role is:
120,000 - 130,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
