This is a role ideal for someone with the pedigree to manage a team and lead a client relationship, but the desire to stay immersed in the latest social trends and best practices. This role can be remote.
You Will:
- Develop paid social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat and TikTok, among others.
- Develop relationships with important partners at all relevant social media platform partners
- Explain the details and rationalize recommendations to our client
- Work with the client services team to manage client relationship as related to paid social strategy, team and performance.
- Manage and develop a team of direct reports
- Establish new projects, grow client revenue
- Collaborate with other channel teams to ensure consistency across campaigns
- Contribute to new business development
You Have:
- 8+ years of experience in paid social media
- Experience buying or working within Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter and TikTok platforms
- Knowledge of paid social best practices, advancements and industry trends
- 3+ years of leadership experience, including experience developing and mentoring a team
- Experience in B2B Paid Social
- Experience running paid social for large clients
- Advanced project management skills for managing client expectations
- Strategic planning experience for revenue and team growth
The anticipated salary range for this position is $99,000-$152,000. Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
