**Remote Opportunity for candidates in Pacific Time. Preference for candidates geographically located in San Ramon, California.*
As a Director of Operations, you will be responsible for oversight and execution of all aspects of field operations. You will ensure compliance with corporate policies and serve as a central point of contact for approvals, inquiries, problem resolution and clarification relating to all sales, professional services, and operational activities. Additionally, you will promote, assist with, and execute corporate initiatives including expanding geography, selling complete portfolio, improving operational efficiency, recruitment and retention of talent, and growing profitability.
YOUR IMPACT
The essential functions of this position include:
Business Operations
- Support SVP and Management team to drive regional sales growth
- Serve as liaison with HQ to ensure regional alignment with Corp initiatives
- Build and manage annual budgets based on financial analysis of sales data
- Develop and monitor quarterly forecasts
- Manage P&L’s, investigate and correct variances as required
- Serve as point person for region-wide issue resolution
- Manage weekly sales forecast snapshot reports
- Review and track regional headcount with HQ
Sales Operations
- Review and approve orders, as necessary
- Provide sales analysis as needed
- Facilitate CRM hygiene, training, reporting and management
- Lead region-wide sales tool training and education initiatives
- Pursue process improvements to facilitate sales process
- Oversee commissions processes/approvals
- Assist in developing field training programs
- Manage two Sales Operations Managers
As a manager, you are also expected to:
- Lead and guide team members, fostering growth through mentoring, coaching, and development, while ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in financial or business-related field
- Minimum of 10 years financial and/or business operations management experience
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Microsoft office suite, specifically excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to present to groups of various sizes
- Multi-tasked oriented/strong organizational skills

The base salary range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $95,000 and $130,000 annually...
