Job Description:
The Director of Product Operations will drive the successful delivery, commercialization, and performance of Entersekt’s product portfolio. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will lead planning, execution, and go-to-market coordination for key product initiatives. You will play a central role in ensuring product-market readiness, operational efficiency, and post-launch success through structured tracking, enablement, and optimization practices.
Responsibilities
- Product Delivery & Execution
- Lead end-to-end planning, tracking and reporting of planned product initiatives, ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality execution. Provide detailed, timely updates
- Develop and manage business cases and project plans in partnership with product managers, including scope, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.
- Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, develop contingency plans, and resolve delivery impediments.
- Go-to-Market & Commercialization
- Define and execute GTM strategies in collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Sales.
- Drive product positioning, pricing, packaging, and launch readiness.
- Ensure creation of sales and customer enablement tools, product documentation, training, and marketing collateral.
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners to align on product delivery and commercialization goals.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on product performance and market fit.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Track KPIs across product development, delivery, adoption, and revenue impact.
- Lead post-launch product reviews to assess product uptake, profitability, and customer engagement.
- Continuously refine processes to improve speed-to-market and operational efficiency.
- Identify, manage and coordinate remediation of product, project and delivery risks.
Skills and Experience
Successful candidates for this role will generally possess the following qualifications and skills:
- 8+ years’ experience in product operations, product delivery, or go-to-market in SaaS or fintech environments.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional product initiatives.
- Deep understanding of modern software development lifecycles, methodologies, and engineering processes.
