About the Position:
Epic Staffing Group is looking for a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) who will build and lead a high-performing FP&A function to support Epic’s growing healthcare staffing and services organization. This role is accountable for developing and managing financial planning processes, reporting, and analysis that drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:

Build and lead the FP&A function, including defining team structure, systems, and processes to scale with business growth.

Collaborate with executive leadership to deliver insights and recommendations that drive strategic planning and performance improvement.

Own the annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range financial planning cycles across the organization.

Manage preparation, quality control, and analysis of internal financial reports, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Develop robust financial models to support strategic initiatives, scenario planning, and investment decisions.

Design and implement dashboards and reporting tools in PBCS to track KPIs and provide visibility into business trends.

Analyze key staffing metrics such as bill rates, pay rates, fill rates, and assignment durations to identify opportunities for improvement.

Deliver clear, concise financial presentations to executive stakeholders and business partners.

Drive process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.

Support ongoing and ad-hoc strategic initiatives, including financial due diligence and integration planning for M&A activity.
What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required; MBA or CPA strongly preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of progressive FP&A experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.

Prior experience in professional staffing firms is highly desirable.

Proficiency with NetSuite required; familiarity with business intelligence tools that integrate with NetSuite is a plus.

Background in the healthcare industry, ideally within staffing or workforce solutions.

Strong understanding of healthcare staffing metrics and industry benchmarks is preferred.

Demonstrated success in building FP&A functions and establishing scalable processes from the ground up.

Advanced financial modeling skills and expert-level Excel proficiency.

Exposure to M&A activity, including financial due diligence and post-deal integration, is a plus.
Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 Annually
The starting salary offer will vary based on the applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data. This position may also be eligible to participate in a company incentive plan and/or commission plan.
