Job Description:
This position is responsible for managing the production and delivery of digital content within the Creative Services team. Working closely with creative execution, marketing, agencies and technical teams, this role oversees the coordination of and managing traffic for digital specific projects to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
Job Responsibilities:
- Project oversight: Manager end-to-end production of digital projects, including websites, digital ads, social media, SEO and email campaigns.
- Budget management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring all digital project are completed within financial constraints.
- Timeline management: Maintain production schedule, monitor progress and adjust as necessary; Maintain master calendar of digital projects that outlines deliverable dates and resourcing.
- Cost tracking: monitor and track project expenses, providing reports and ensuring financial accountability.
- Agency management: serve as point of contact for digital agencies, ensuring they meet project timeline and budget requirements,
- Serve as in-house expert of technical specs and digital platforms for creative execution.
- Work with digital asset manager to design, organize and oversee digital asset management system for digital content.
- Manage multiple end-to-end projects, varying in complexity and scope, at once.
- Drive innovation and stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital technology.
- Provide mentorship to Traffic Coordinators.
- Completes and leverages departmental best practices training.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in an in-house agency or digital creative agency.
- Strong budget management or financial reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Deep understanding of web, email and social media best practices.
