Experience: 3-6+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience as an individual contributor, ideally with experience in marketing leadership training programs/courses., Demonstrated experience in copywriting, webinar marketing, social media, SEO, and PPC., Technical proficiency using social media marketing channels such as Instagram, Facebook (ads), LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Google Analytics.
Job Description:
You will play a pivotal role in shaping our client’s national and international marketing strategy and executing high-impact campaigns. You will be responsible for creating and managing all aspects of marketing, including social media strategies, SEO, paid media, webinar strategy, and online engagement. You will be instrumental in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement across national and international markets.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, paid advertising (PPC), webinar strategy, social media, and website management, to leads.
- Develop webinar promotion strategies using paid ads, and social media to drive registrations and engagement.
- Monitor and optimize website performance and user experience, ensuring accessibility and clear paths to conversion.
- Focus on expanding our global leadership and sales academy community while converting followers to paid members.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence, drive engagement, and generate leads across various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Facebook, Instagram).
- Oversee the creation of compelling content (blogs, articles, videos, etc.) that resonates with national + international audiences and supports marketing objectives.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as ROAS, engagement rates, and conversion rates, to optimize strategies and campaigns.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize impact and ROI.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain our competitive edge.
