Position Overview:

This an independent contractor opportunity for approximately 3 months (20-30 hours per week as needed).

Acorn Biolabs is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate who will support the launch of our first-of-its-kind topical skin product made from a patient’s own stem cells. You’ll work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to shape how we show up across social, email, and clinic communications — from content planning to influencer coordination.

This role is ideal for a detail-driven marketer with a passion for longevity, aesthetics, and translating science into engaging, brand-aligned content. If you’re a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-moving environment and loves owning projects from idea to execution, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Marketing

• Content Planning: Co-develop weekly content plans for Acorn’s social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn) in partnership with the Senior Marketing Manager.
• Content Execution: Coordinate day-to-day content briefing, creative development, and posting execution — ensuring alignment and consistency across platforms.
• Trend Research: Identify relevant trends, content opportunities, and creative ideas to keep Acorn’s presence current within the aesthetics and longevity space.

Email Marketing

• Campaign Planning: Help plan consumer- and clinic-facing email campaigns, including monthly newsletters, product announcements, and nurture flows.
  Copywriting: Draft email copy that aligns with our tone and messaging; work closely with the Senior Marketing Lead for feedback and approvals.
• Execution: Use Brevo to design emails in collaboration with the creative team, schedule, and automate campaigns to ensure timely delivery.

Influencer Marketing

• Campaign Ideation: Help ideate influencer campaign concepts for Acorn’s upcoming skin product, including messaging angles and creative approaches.
• Outreach & Coordination: Support influencer identification, outreach, communication, and day-to-day campaign management using tracking tools and timelines.
• Creative Input: Contribute ideas for how Acorn can show up in influencer content, including visual formats, offers, and incentives.

Key Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, influencer marketing, content strategy, or brand communications (ideally in aesthetics, wellness, or beauty)
• Experience writing about science, skincare, and health-related topics for a consumer audience
• Strong understanding of Instagram content formats, content calendars, and planning tools
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (Brevo, Mailchimp, etc.) and understanding of email automation flows
• Naturally organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing your own workflow
• Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
