Job Description:
DIGITAL LOSS PREVENTION REVIEWER (REMOTE)
The Digital Loss Prevention Reviewer is responsible for monitoring and reviewing potential fraudulent activities for fraud prevention, detection and risk mitigation strategies. The Digital Loss Prevention Reviewer will perform data mining and analysis to identify high risk exposure and fraudulent activities and will provide recommendations to minimize fraud losses and improve risk mitigation capabilities. This position will be an integral member of the Loss Prevention department.
Ecommerce Order Investigations
- Monitors automated fraud screening application
- Maintains or exceeds established standards for timeliness and customer service
- Resolves complex issues with little or no supervision or direction
- Conducts extensive research to validate purchases
- Conducts follow-up research on fraudulent transactions
- Works with peers and Digital Loss Prevention Leadership to communicate fraud trends and share best practices, ideas and information.
- Communicates with athletes in a friendly and helpful demeanor
Ecommerce Fraud Prevention
- Identify fraud trends and communicate to the Digital Loss Prevention Leadership
- Proficient in loss prevention tools
- Any other assigned duties
Ecommerce Fraud Disputes
- Knowledge of fraud chargeback representation process
- Understanding network dispute types and submitting current documentation
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-3 years' experience in eCommerce fraud prevention, loss prevention, and customer service
