Job Description:
Join us as the Deposit Stream Lead, where you'll be at the forefront of shaping creative and effective strategies for our deposit products. As the lead, you'll spearhead targeted marketing initiatives, conduct insightful market research, and proficiently communicate the advantages of our deposit products.
The role mission involves leveraging analytical finesse to uncover growth opportunities and providing strategic recommendations that will propel our sales performance to unprecedented heights.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote deposit products to potential customers.
- Creating targeted marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and identifying opportunities to promote deposit products to potential customers.
- Understanding of the target market, as well as the ability to effectively communicate the benefits of the deposit products to potential customers.
- Develop and manage campaigns to promote deposit to customers
- Managing digital/direct marketing campaigns and measure campaign effectiveness
- Work with two countries (Georgia and Uzbekistan)
- Coordinate with several departments to ensure successful deposit promotions and sales.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement, and make recommendations to management based on findings.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, including customer acquisition and conversion rates
What You Have
- A minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the banking sector and 5 years of general experience in banking are required.
- Knowledge of Russian and English languages at a conversational level
- Experience in creating and managing sales processes, including cross-selling mechanics, customer targeting, and other related areas.
- Experience managing direct and digital campaigns (preferred)
- Thorough knowledge of banking products
- Call center sales experience (preferred)
