Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Deal Desk Specialist to join our Sales Operations Team. Your objective is to create a smooth and frictionless sales process for our Sales and Marketing team through proper process enforcement and enhancement, technology efficiency, and data hygiene. Reporting to our Deal Desk Director, you will be part of a cohesive team focused on growing sales globally. Your focus will be on day-to-day sales and marketing tasks as well as ad hoc project work supporting Sales and other Commercial teams while functionally coordinating with the Finance, IT, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the sales teams and provide overall account management support and engagement
- Analyze, improve, and report on marketing and sales processes
- Responsible for supporting the Sales team with general sales operations activities
- Drive the training, execution and operational excellence to support the core sales processes
- Provide administrative support of sales in coordination with operations, services, procurement and finance
- Assist with process improvement messaging and management
- Support sales communications and planning, including assisting with content and distribution
- Coordinate with Sales Enablement and HR to ensure new hire training
- Distribute sales and reporting metrics
- Provide support for sales with contract management, quote building, and overall case management
- Assist Account Managers/Executives/Sales Support with system process questions and issues
- Other duties assigned as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance computer science or engineering, and 5‐7 years of experience in a relevant sales operations, administration, or support function
- Proficiency in Microsoft office with advanced level Excel skills and CRM software
- Strong time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines
- Advanced conceptual, analytical, and problem‐solving abilities
- Solid experience with data manipulation using analytical tools (such as Power BI and Tableau)
- Experience leveraging collaboration technology ﴾e.g. SharePoint﴿ to deliver content, communication, and reporting
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and changing business environment
