Job Description:
Doppel is looking for a Deal Desk Manager to build and scale a best-in-class deal desk function. This is a high-impact role that will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and RevOps to streamline quoting, support strategic deal structures, and own the operational engine behind our pricing and revenue workflows.
You’ll manage our manual quoting process, maintaining accurate deal information in CRM, and leading the evaluation and implementation of a CPQ system. You’ll become a subject matter expert in Doppel’s pricing strategy, contract structures, and monetization models—helping the business move faster and smarter as we scale.
What You’ll DoQuote + Deal Strategy

Support AEs and CSMs in structuring complex SaaS deals—new business, expansions, renewals, and co-terms

Create, review, and refine quotes manually while ensuring compliance with pricing, discounting, and commercial policies

Serve as the internal expert on Doppel’s product catalog, pricing logic, packaging tiers, and monetization strategy
Process + Systems

Evaluate, recommend, and lead cross-functional implementation of a CPQ tool in partnership with Finance and RevOps

Design and enforce scalable deal desk processes, including approvals, playbooks, documentation, and SLA tracking

Own file organization, deal desk documentation, and maintain audit-ready records of ARR and contractual terms in Salesforce
Cross-functional Execution

Act as the primary liaison between Sales and Finance for questions related to revenue recognition, billing terms, contract compliance, and deal exceptions

Partner with RevOps and Legal to maintain contract templates and approval thresholds

Conduct regular contract and ARR audits to ensure clean, accurate data in Salesforce
What You Bring

3–6 years in Deal Desk, Sales Ops, Revenue Operations, or similar roles at a SaaS company

Strong understanding of SaaS business models, quoting practices, and subscription revenue mechanics (co-terms, rip/replace, early renewals, etc.)

Proficiency in Salesforce (required); experience evaluating or using CPQ platforms like Salesforce CPQ, DealHub, or PandaDoc is a strong plus

Hyper-organized with strong attention to detail

Excellent cross-functional communication skills; you’re comfortable working with Sales reps, C-suite, and Finance stakeholders alike
