Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Day Porter to join our team. As a Day Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities. This is a crucial role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for employees and visitors.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Wipe down breakroom and restock supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners for central trash stations
- Clean the whiteboard in the conference rooms
- Make sure chairs are pushed in and all extra chairs are off to the side in an organized manner
- Wipe down conference room tables
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed
- Follow established safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary
EXPECTED RESULTS
- Consistently maintain breakroom and conference rooms cleaned and in an organized manner
- Efficiently address any cleaning challenges
- Effectively communicate issues, restoking of supplies and special client requests
- Adherence to all company policies and procedures
