Job Description:
As a part time Data Processing Analyst, you’ll be responsible for processing and classifying real-time updates on private investments. Your work will ensure that all data is accurately captured, organized, and consolidated, helping us deliver timely and reliable insights to our clients. This is a unique opportunity to make an impact on how private investment data is processed and used, shaping the future of our clients' decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

Process and monitor account information, including updates from clients and funds.

Monitor inbound data, identify relevant updates, and categorize them appropriately.

Maintain a high level of attention to detail when classifying data.

Ensure all data processing adheres to internal compliance and security protocols.

Extract, reconcile, and process data from multiple sources.
Schedule & Availability

Candidates must commit to at least three 3-hour shifts per week (minimum 9 hours total), with availability after 3pm PT.

Preferred schedule is Sunday–Thursday, with flexibility to take on up to 30 hours/week.

Additional weekend hours may be available

This is a remote position based out of the United States.
