Job Description:
The Data Migration Specialist is responsible for providing advanced technical support, managing and performing data migrations, continuous improvement of data migration processes, report writing, query creation and execution, and ensuring seamless API integrations.
Primary Responsibilities:

Primary resource for client data migrations, working with internal and external teams to ensure timely completion.

Manage API integrations with partners and develop monetization opportunities.

Perform data import and exports.

Research and resolve support cases that are escalated for technical assistance.

Create troubleshooting guides and assets as needed for customer support specialists.

Develop escalation path and internal SLA’s for technical escalations.

Custom Report Writing.

Create and run custom script requests.

Complete technical setup during onboarding. This includes adding logos, setting up caller ID and phone recording, and uploading and maintaining current catalogs.
