Job Description:
As the Data Analytics and Automation Senior Consultant, you'll be the wizard behind the curtain, conjuring up data analytics and automation magic for the Department of Homeland Security.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Developing and applying individualized approaches for problem-solving in data analytics and automation. Think of yourself as the Sherlock Holmes of management, IT, finance and accounting, auditing, cost estimating, and risk analysis.Assisting with the development, operation, and maintenance of automated solutions. You'll be the go-to person for process owners, helping them identify effective solutions and turning those solutions into project milestones. You'll also track action items from remediation meetings and provide status reports to executive leadership. Basically, you'll be the superhero who keeps everything running smoothly.
Holding a Bachelor of Science or Arts Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field. Or, if you prefer, you can be a Certified Public Accountant. Either way, you'll need to have some impressive credentials.Possessing demonstrated subject matter expertise of 5 or more years in data analytics and automation. You've been around the block a few times and know your stuff when it comes to management, IT, finance and accounting, auditing, cost estimating, risk analysis, or data analytic/automation development.Currently holding, or being able to obtain and maintain, DHS fitness determination. In other words, you need to be fit enough to handle all the awesomeness that comes with this job. A CPA or MBA would be a nice touch too.Being familiar with one or more of the following tools: UiPath Studio, Microsoft Power Automate, Diligent Audit Command Language (ACL). You'll be the tech-savvy wizard who knows how to work their magic with these tools.
