Educate 360 develops integrated solutions across brands to achieve enterprise customers’ learning & development goals in Management & Leadership, Data Science, and IT skills —through instructor-led training, coaching, consulting, and certification preparation.  

Role Overview

Educate 360 is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead and grow our Cybersecurity training offerings, anchored by our TCM Security brand. This role will oversee the TCM Security content development team, partner with sales and marketing to expand market reach, and drive the overall growth strategy for cybersecurity training and consulting. The Product Manager should bring deep subject-matter expertise across both red team and blue team cybersecurity disciplines, ensuring our portfolio remains cutting-edge, practical, and aligned to evolving threats and industry standards.

  • Content & Curriculum Development Oversight: 40%
  • Product Strategy & Growth: 30%
  • Sales Enablement & Client Engagement: 20%
  • Marketing Support & Thought Leadership: 10%

Main Responsibilities

Product Leadership

  • Define and execute the growth strategy for cybersecurity training and consulting, in collaboration with the Chief Strategy & Commercial Officer and MD of Cybersecurity Services.
  • Oversee the TCM Security content development team (~2-3 FTEs), ensuring timely delivery of innovative, high-impact training. Both asynchronous and synchronous training modalities will be developed under their leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective and high-quality go-to-market and delivery execution. 

Cybersecurity Expertise & Content Excellence 

  • Serve as a subject-matter expert across the cybersecurity training and certification landscape including both red team (penetration testing, exploit development, adversary simulation) and blue team (defensive security, monitoring, incident response) domains.
  • Ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with industry trends, frameworks, and certifications.
  • Provide senior guidance and validation of lab environments, courseware, and assessments.

 Curriculum Development & Innovation 

  •   Set priorities for curriculum and course roadmap in collaboration with the MD of Cybersecurity services, balancing core cybersecurity fundamentals with advanced and emerging topics.
  • Collaborate with instructors and SMEs to curate best practices, tools, and scenarios that simulate real-world cyber threats.
  • Drive continuous innovation by incorporating new delivery modalities, AI-enhanced materials, and hands-on simulations/labs.

Sales Enablement & Business Development

  • Partner with sales teams to identify and scope cybersecurity training opportunities, contributing technical expertise in client discussions and proposals.
  • Support sales with messaging, battle cards, and technical validation that differentiate Educate 360’s cybersecurity solutions.
  • Engage directly with strategic clients as a trusted advisor.

 Marketing & Thought Leadership 

  • Collaborate with marketing on go-to-market campaigns, messaging, and positioning that highlight Educate 360’s cybersecurity expertise.
  • Represent Educate 360 at industry events, webinars, and panels as a thought leader in red/blue team security.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience across both offensive and defensive domains.
  • Proven experience leading content or curriculum development teams in cybersecurity training, consulting, or product organizations.
  • Familiarity with key frameworks, certifications, and methodologies (PNPT, PSAA, OSCP, CISSP, Security+, MITRE ATT&CK, NIST).
  • Prior client-facing experience supporting sales, scoping, or delivering cybersecurity services.

Skills

  • Leader with an ability to translate cybersecurity expertise into market-leading products.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work cross-functionally with content creators, instructors, sales, marketing, and executive leadership.
  • Passionate about teaching, mentoring, and advancing the cybersecurity profession and community.
  • Innovative mindset with ability to anticipate industry trends and proactively adjust the product roadmap.
