Job Duties:

Auditing call center calls, assuring protocols are being followed.

Assist with toolkit fulfillments.

Assist with agent training by developing corrective action plans.

Pulling audit reports and summarize findings.
Required Qualifications:

Degree program(s) / Current Status: Junior, Senior, or recent Graduate in Business, Health Administration, Public Health, Sales, Industrial Engineering or related field.

Cumulative GPA: 3.0 preferred; 2.5 minimum cumulative GPA.
Other Qualifications:

Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Must demonstrate oral and written communication abilities.

Must demonstrate attention to detail and good decision-making skills.

Must demonstrate the ability to think analytically and present ideas professionally.

Basic auditing skills would be preferred.

Basic project management skills would be preferred.
