Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced Customer Onboarding Manager with deep operational knowledge of the pet care industry—someone who’s walked in our customers’ shoes. You’ll be the bridge between MoeGo and our new customers, helping them transition smoothly onto our platform and setting them up for long-term success.
This role is ideal for a seasoned operator who has managed multiple pet care locations and has experience rolling out new technology across teams and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead onboarding and implementation for new SMB & mid-market pet care businesses

Design onboarding plans tailored to each customer’s operational model

Work closely with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless transition and customer handoff

Provide expert guidance on how to structure workflows and settings within MoeGo for maximum impact

Conduct product trainings, either 1:1 or in small groups, and support go-live readiness

Collect customer feedback and collaborate with product to drive improvements

Build scalable onboarding processes as we grow and take on more complex accounts
Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on operations experience in the pet care industry (grooming, daycare, boarding, or multi-service) or 3+ years of customer onboarding experience

Experience managing or supporting 5+ locations

Experience working with software vendors and deploying tech across teams or facilities

Strong communication and organizational skills—can manage multiple customers and priorities in parallel

Empathy for small business owners, and a passion for helping them succeed

Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly

Bonus: Experience in customer success or onboarding at a SaaS company
