What you'll do
Customer Storytelling

Interview founders to uncover and share their personal journeys and founding stories

Create social content that celebrates who they are and what they're building

Amplify their wins and milestones (funding, hiring, launches)
Central Success Stories

Collect and manage customer testimonials about their experience with Central

Write case studies & other sales collateral showcasing ROI and success metrics

Manage review sites like G2
Community-led Growth

Build and manage customer referral program

Experiment with community channels (newsletter, podcast, events)
