One of our companies is currently looking for a CRM Systems Administrator in the United States.
We are seeking a Senior CRM Systems Administrator with deep expertise in Salesforce and a solid grasp of CRM operations within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry. This role is pivotal in optimizing CRM capabilities for commercial teams such as sales, medical affairs, and market access. You will collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes, implement scalable configurations, and manage integrated systems. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in system administration, a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, and an enthusiasm for continuous improvement in user experience and data quality.
Accountabilities:
- Serve as the CRM systems expert, providing functional and process support to commercial teams.
- Manage Salesforce administration including user roles, flows, page layouts, dashboards, and sandbox environments.
- Identify and implement CRM improvements based on business needs, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Support release management, conduct proactive system maintenance, and monitor user adoption.
- Train users, maintain documentation, manage data quality, and oversee platform communications and change rollout.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve break/fix issues and ensure smooth integration with other systems.
