Job Description:
The Precision AQ Proposals team is seeking an experienced proposal writer and/or copywriter to support the development of custom capabilities presentations, responses to Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFP), new business pitch presentations, case studies, and resources for our Sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Content Development:
- Curate comprehensive information about Precision teams and offerings to effectively communicate our capabilities and value story to prospective clients
- Critically review RFIs and RFPs and apply key information critical to each new business opportunity
- Speculatively craft both narrative and summary content in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint before actively seeking feedback
- Drive conversation regarding effective communication and apply learnings to content, executive summaries, slide titles, case studies, and other key components of new business presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive leaders to craft cohesive, engaging stories – weaving together a mix of templated and de novo content
- Understand, follow, and enforce organizational brand guidelines for all deliverables
- Offer constructive copy feedback and proactively recommend ways we can evolve our storytelling
- Train colleagues on effective storytelling
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to ensure key learnings and updated messaging are pulled through
- Own “off the shelf” organizational resource creation, organization, and dissemination to Sales and other key teams
Resource Organization:
- Proactively maintain slide libraries and other content repositories and provide insights into AI process evolution
- Provide input on innovative ways optimize internal processes to reach maximum efficiency and productivity
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or relevant field
- 3-5 years’ experience in proposal writing, copywriting, creative writing, content marketing, business development, presentations, or client services
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills
- Experience working with diverse teams and communicating with executive leaders
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- PowerPoint design proficiency
- Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare marketing and/or agency experience
- Microsoft SharePoint experience
- AI content generation experience
- Demonstrated management skills (growth opportunity)

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.
