Job Description:
Consumer Experience Representative
The Consumer Experience Representative ensures optimized interaction between a company and members.
Job Functions:

Completes in-depth reviews of specific contacts with the intent to identify root cause, cost savings, contact elimination, efficiency and or/training opportunities.

Use web-based technology, computer software/systems, and productivity tools to accomplish individual and team objectives.

Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes and techniques, and works under limited guidance due to previous experience and depth of knowledge of administrative processes and organizational knowledge.
Required Qualifications

2+ years of technical experience

Previous inbound and/or outbound call center or related customer service experience

Quality assurance background

Electronic Medical Record experience and utilizing different platforms simultaneously

Intermediate in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Prior call center experience
