Requirements:
Credentials: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, Advanced degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in healthcare supply chain management and consulting., Proven track record of designing SC intelligent automation solutions to achieve cost reductions and process improvements., Strong knowledge of GPOs, clinical supplies, physician preference items, and purchased/support services., Experience with current and evolving inventory management systems and automation technologies within the Healthcare and Supply Chain industries., Experience with developing automated or AI solutions to meet internal or client needs, Data Science or Engineering experience preferred., Experience with Large Language Models and their use in the healthcare industry.

- Identify, design, and drive intelligent automation solutions to develop and implement strategies for SC cost reduction and efficiency.
- Leverage automated solutions to optimize the review of purchased services, clinical supplies, and GPO contracts.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to streamline procurement of clinical supplies and physician preference items using technology.
- Participate in the development and implementation of intelligent automation tools to drive best practices in inventory management.
- Design and oversee automated inventory management systems to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Assist in developing proposals and presentations for potential clients, highlighting technological efficiencies.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, focusing on technology-driven initiatives.
- Communicate progress and outcomes of supply chain improvements to executive leadership.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals through innovative solutions.
- Identify and implement intelligent automation opportunities to streamline internal SC methodologies with a focus on improving quality and reducing the cost to deliver.
- Identify third party solutions and relationships to accelerate SC intelligent automation through partnerships and potential acquisitions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in healthcare supply chain management and consulting.
- Proven track record of designing SC intelligent automation solutions to achieve cost reductions and process improvements.
- Strong knowledge of GPOs, clinical supplies, physician preference items, and purchased/support services.
- Experience with current and evolving inventory management systems and automation technologies within the Healthcare and Supply Chain industries.
- Experience with developing automated or AI solutions to meet internal or client needs, Data Science or Engineering experience preferred.
- Experience with Large Language Models and their use in the healthcare industry.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $215,000 - $265,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $268,750 - $350,750. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
