We are currently in search of a Concierge and a true bon vivant—a person who loves, more than anything, to eat, drink, chat, and explore, someone who’ll share thoughtful, personal recommendations on everything from secret sunsets. We’re looking for someone who cares deeply about details, who’ll get you a table at that impossible-to-reserve restaurant, then send you for drinks at a blissful hideaway you’d never have found, introduce you to an incredible excursion, give you background about Kauai, and anything else you can imagine. So, if your dream job involves talking at length about who makes the best local, well…anything—we'd love to hear from you. This role will also assist with any pre-arrival questions, concerns or bookings.
While this role is remote, we are seeking those candidates who are located in the HST as some trainings may require to be onsite on Kauai.
About you...
Passionate about guest service and a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
Experience in concierge operations, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented.
Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
