Description
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Valuation Specialist to assist with generating a data-rich valuation tool that supports CRE leasing decisions. This flexible, remote contractor role allows you to work when and where you choose while earning $100+ per report completion.
Responsibilities:
· Research and analyze vacant land sale and lease comps
· Evaluate triple net sales and compare lease structures
· Gather market data using CoStar (access preferred but not required)
· Perform market analysis to determine land lease values and vacant land pricing
· Provide an opinion of lease value and land sale value, with maximum and minimum values, based on market data

Qualifications
Requirements:
· At least 2-3 years of experience in commercial valuation
· Strong understanding of CRE market trends
· Experience reviewing CRE property valuation data (No appraiser license required) ; quality comparables, rental income, price/sq ft.
· Ability to work remotely and independently with flexible hours
· Experience working successfully in a detail oriented and deadline driven role
