What You’ll Do:
As an AR Collector, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the financial health of our company by managing and collecting past due accounts. You'll work closely with customers to resolve account issues, ensure compliance, and support store operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, declined or delayed payments, and other irregularities

Contact customers to negotiate payment arrangements on delinquent accounts

Educate and counsel customers on account terms and available payment options

Use skip tracing tools and processes to locate customers as needed

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account information and delinquency status

Escalate severely delinquent accounts to the supervisor for repossession review

Manage and maintain collection tracking systems

Proactively engage in collection campaigns to reduce aging balances

Follow all FDCPA guidelines and company policies during collection activities

Accurately record customer interactions and transactions in the collections system

Respond to customer inquiries within 1 business day

Respond to store requests within 2 hours

Provide store support and assist with resolving account discrepancies
What You’ll Bring:

Previous experience in collections is required

Basic knowledge of installment loans and customer protection laws

Familiarity with loan origination documentation is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
