Role: Cold Caller
Hours: 8am - 5pm Mountain Standard Time
Hourly Wage: $7 - $9 USD per hour
Lago is on the lookout for a dynamic Cold Caller to join our sales team! As a Cold Caller, you will be pivotal in generating new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients and introducing them to our innovative products and services. Your role will involve making outbound calls, engaging prospects in meaningful conversations, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for our sales team. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is comfortable on the phone, driven to meet targets, and passionate about building customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients in various industries.
- Engage prospects, identify their needs, and present our offerings effectively.
- Qualify leads and capture relevant contact information and interests in our CRM system.
- Set appointments for the sales team and follow up on initial outreach.
- Maintain an organized database of leads and track call outcomes for reporting.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and refine scripts to improve outreach.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
Requirements
