What You’ll Do
Position Summary
The Clinical Systems Analyst will work closely with clinical, operational, and technical teams to design, build, and maintain care flows in Awell and other digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and deploy Awell care flows based on clinical and business needs
- Translate stakeholder requirements into workflow logic and system configuration
- Manage ongoing changes, bug fixes, and documentation of care flows
- Collaborate across departments to ensure successful rollout and adoption of digital workflows
- Provide training, technical support, and reporting to support workflow usability and impact
- Coordinate testing, QA, and deployment timelines with PMs and engineers
- Support vendor relationships and integration exploration with minimal engineering lift
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of experience working in clinical systems, care operations, or workflow configuration roles.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles (Agile preferred), healthcare technology, and tools like Monday.com, Azure DevOps, Awell, EMRs, and Jira/Confluence.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally to manage workflow lifecycles from discovery to deployment.
Education, Experience, Licensure, or Certification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Health Informatics, Public Health, Information Systems, or a clinical discipline.
- Advanced degree or certification in digital health, process improvement, or project management is a plus.
