Job Description:
As the Firstbase Client Onboarding Manager, you will organize and oversee the entire customer onboarding process, working hands-on with implementation tasks and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Serving as the main client contact until handover to Customer Success, you’ll ensure a smooth transition and help establish best practices for onboarding. This role requires strong project management, technical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects, playing a key part in shaping our customer experience and supporting company growth.
What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact
- Manage onboarding for multiple enterprise customers at once.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout onboarding.
- Coordinate implementation activities with client and internal teams.
- Provide training and support to client administrators.
- Oversee technical setup, configuration, and integrations.
- Track and manage service activation tasks and project milestones.
- Create and maintain client-focused training materials and documentation.
- Identify and address risks, technical issues, and process improvements.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
- Seek opportunities to expand services and enhance client experience.
