We are seeking a Client Executive to join our team, driving new business, and support aggressive growth in the regional market. The Client Executive will be responsible for identifying new clients and securing sales through innovative business strategies. The ideal Client Executive for this role will have an entrepreneurial mindset and is someone who thrives in a dynamic, independent, start-up culture.
Success in this role requires the Client Executive to quickly build rapport with clients and gain a deep understanding of their business and technical needs. They will also work in parallel with ValoreMVP’s Recruiting team, Management, and Delivery teams to craft, present, negotiate, and execute top-level talent solutions.

Required Skills and Experience
- 1-5 years of experience in IT professional services, staff augmentation, or full-desk recruitment
- Deep knowledge of the local market with an established book of business; a network of client contacts and existing relationships.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas
- Experience managing the business development process from pre-sale to post-sale
- Strong research skills and ability to uncover high-potential leads and business opportunities
- Driven "hunter" mindset, skilled at breaking into new markets and building relationships through creative networking and outreach
- Demonstrated experience building trusted adviser relationships with key business decision makers
- Possess well-rounded business acumen, exceptional written and verbal communication skills
