Compensation:

• Range: $14.50 to $18.00 depending on experience & location.
• Shift differential $2.00 to $3.00 depending on location.

Position: Cinnabon Crew Member

Position Requirements

• Checks supplies in the counter area and restocks items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the front of the house including all tables, floors, windows, beverage station, restroom, etc.
• Greets customers and take their orders – use the cash register to record the order and computes the amount of the bill – collect payment from guest and makes change.
• Complies with all portion sizes, quality standards, company policies & procedures.
• Collects cash, checks, or charges payment from guests. Makes changes for cash transactions, verifies identification for checks, and prepares charge vouchers for credit card purchases.
• Counts money, checks, and credit payments in the cash drawer at the end of shifts.
• Completes cold & hot food preparation assignments neatly, accurately, and in a timely fashion.
• Maintains proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards while preparing food, serving food, and cleaning up.
• Keeps display equipment clean and free of debris during meal service as assigned.
• Maintains professional appearance at all times, clean and well-groomed as per standards.
• Displays a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments.
• Exhibits a cheerful and helpful manner when dealing with customers.

Experience & Skills

• Must be physically able to work your station, including operating a computerized cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Cleaning duties such as wiping tables and small equipment, sweeping and refilling of stock.
• Work effectively in and around the public.
• Provide the highest level of guest service to the team and guests.
• Perform physical labor.
• Understand and carry out oral and written directions.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships.
• Demonstrate sensitivity to, and respect for, a diverse population.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
