CE Workforce Program Associate III (Hourly)
CE Workforce Program Associates are responsible for vocational and academic instructional support in a variety of fields and topics. Play a pivotal role in creating an environment where students are treated with respect, encouragement, and integrity. CE Workforce program associates support program activities and will attend trainings, development days, staff meetings, and assist students as needed.
Descriptions of Duties & Tasks

Work with students who are taking classes to improve their knowledge or career skills

Work with colleagues to develop or modify the curriculum for a degree or certificate program involving a series of courses

Assess students’ progress by grading assignments, papers, exams, and other work

Advise students about which classes to take and how to achieve their goals

Attend staff meetings

Establishes and enforces clear rules for behavior and procedures for maintaining an environment conducive to learning for all students.

Meets with students to discuss progress and to determine priorities and their individualized educational needs.

Meet with students outside of class hours, as needed

Maintains professional competence by participating in staff development activities, curriculum development meetings, and other professional opportunities.

Pay Rate
$36.90/hour
