Performs a variety of customer service-related duties and assists with the general operation of the Carousel.
Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure the safety of guests on and around the carousel

Operate, maintain, and clean the carousel and surrounding area

Interact with customers both in person and over the phone

Communicate to guests and staff professionally, both in writing and verbally

Answer phone and provide accurate answers to customer questions

Receive payments and fees

Any other duties as assigned

Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Previous experience preferred
Working Conditions
Work responsibilities will be performed on or around a carousel, within a recreational or retail facility. May be indoors or outdoors.
Physical Requirements
This position can involve sitting, standing, walking, running, stooping, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
