1. Do you hire from all over the world?
Yes, we do. Modus Create is a global company with team members across more than 50 countries. While some of our roles may be tight to specific regions, we typically hire based on talent, not geography, and we’re always excited to bring on great people, wherever they may be.

2. Can I work remotely at Modus Create?
Absolutely. Modus Create has been a remote organization for over a decade, well before it became fashionable. We have been recognized among the top companies for remote work by FlexJobs and Great Place to Work.

3. What does the hiring process look like?
Typically, we have a prescreen and a couple of technical interviews. For some roles, we also have an assignment and/or a meeting with the client representatives. We will inform you of the specific steps during the first call.

4. How long does the interview process take?
Depending on the complexity of the role, the availability of interviewers, and your availability as a candidate, the process usually takes two to four weeks.

5. Will I hear back even if I am not selected?
Yes, we do our best to communicate results to all candidates who reach the interview stage.

6. What can you tell me about your benefits package?

Both. Modus Create offers a mix of full-time and contract positions, depending on the role, project requirements, and your location.
