What You’ll Be Up To:
As our Capacity Planning Analyst, you’ll be the mastermind behind efficient and equitable physician scheduling — the person who keeps all the gears turning smoothly. You’ll balance clinical coverage, physician availability, and time-off requests while keeping everything in compliance and conflict-free.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
- Build and manage physician schedules (you'll be the ultimate calendar wizard)
- Analyze data to improve workforce efficiency and coverage
- Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth operations across multiple locations
- Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts with ease
- Use tools like Qgenda (we’ll train you if needed) to track assignments and changes
- Keep stakeholders in the loop with timely updates and reports
- Look for smarter ways to improve scheduling systems and processes
You’ll Thrive In This Role If You Have:
- 1-2 years of scheduling, healthcare operations, or workforce management experience
- Exposure to Qgenda or similar scheduling software (bonus points)
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Confidence in Excel and comfort navigating CRM tools like Salesforce
- Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and everything in between
- The ability to work independently in a remote environment
- A team-player mindset and a strong sense of discretion when handling sensitive data
Education & Nice-to-Haves:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Admin, Business, Operations, or a related field (preferred)
- Certification in scheduling or project management (a plus, not required)
