Call Center Transfer Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and persuasive Call Center Transfer Specialist to join our team and play a key role in the early stages of our client engagement process. In this position, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients, sparking interest in our debt relief solutions, consolidation loans, and pre-qualifying prospects for seamless handoff to our closing team. This is a high-impact role that requires strong communication skills, resilience, and a passion for helping people find financial solutions. Success in this role directly contributes to the growth of our business and the success of the individuals we serve. This is a full-time remote role (40hrs/week) Monday through Friday from 10 AM – 7 PM EST local time.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume calls to potential clients.
• Identify and cultivate interest in Debt Relief Services.
• Qualify leads and transfer them to the appropriate closers.
• Maintain a professional and persuasive communication style.
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly call and transfer goals.
• Participate in training and feedback sessions to improve performance (10% of work time).

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, retail, sales or call center preferred.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
• Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.

Compensation Information

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. Base rate for position is $14.00 hourly. Role is eligible for commissions.
