Summary:
The Busser will assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area while supporting the overall team. A minimum age of 21 and flexible schedule are required.
Job Description:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Complete Opening/Closing Sidework
- Maintain running sidework
- Complete cleaning assignments
- Wipe down and sanitize tables, chairs and floors in between turns
- Polish and stock glassware
- Polish silverware and dry FOH plateware
- Stock stations with roll-ups and Share Plates
- Ensure bar is stocked with beer/wine/soft-bev
- Assist in changing out kegs
- Empty bar bus tubs
- Ensure each station is fully stocked throughout the shift
- Fill ice bins
- Sweeping/Mopping as needed
- Setup and breakdown dining areas
- Bus plateware, utensils and glassware to appropriate stations
- Ensure restrooms are properly stocked and clean
- Participate in teamwork as secondary task
- Adhere to uniform guidelines
- Assist guests as needed
- Maintain a high level of personal hygiene
- Attend team meetings & trainings
