The Business Process Analyst will manage Product SKU set-up across various business systems while gathering requirements and assisting in automation projects. Applicants need a bachelor's degree and at least two years of relevant experience in product operations and Quote-to-Cash processes.

Job Description:
This position will be responsible for Product SKU set-up in multiple business systems and various environments, assisting with requirements gathering, reviewing and routing SKU intake forms for final business review and approval, creating JIRA tickets, as well as training various stakeholders on the SKU management process. Additionally, this role will assist with the SKU Automation Project (i.e. help create process documentation, etc). The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to support and execute complex cross-functional initiatives amid competing priorities.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Business Process.
Responsibility
- Own the process of new and change SKU creation in multiple business systems and various environments to ensure timely product launch
- Prepare, review, and route intake forms for review and approval and work with stakeholders on requirements gathering
- Develop and translate user requirements and acceptance criteria into technical requirements to support SKU requests, configuration, and testing
- Partner with Run the Business (RTB) and DTS team on requirements gathering, backlog grooming, and resource management for each SKU request
- Create and lead end-to-end user acceptance testing (UAT) testing
- Create and present JIRA tickets to the team, as needed
- Identify gaps and/or opportunities for SKU improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document their business processes to drive process improvements
- Develop and maintain partnerships across organizations
- Work on ther SKU projects as assigned
