Job Description:
Bridge is looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR). This role is responsible for seeking new business opportunities for the sales team by creating and developing relationships with potential customers and leads generated from marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will use strong communication skills from first contact to hand-off or close, boosting sales and contributing to long-term business growth. This is a remote/work-from-home role, candidate must be available to work between 9AM - 6PM EST.
Responsibilities of the BDR:
- Conduct outreach to potential clients via cold calls and emails, averaging a minimum of 50 calls per day
- Proactively pursue new business opportunities in target markets defined by the marketing team
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify strong sales opportunities
- Log and track all outreach activities, lead interactions, and outcomes in HubSpot to ensure accurate pipeline visibility
- Consistently follow up with marketing-qualified leads until they become opportunities.
- Communicate the value of our solutions to a diverse set of ideal customer profiles (ICPs) with varying needs
- Uncover client pain points and recommend relevant products or services to meet their needs
- Schedule introductory calls or meetings between qualified prospects and Business Development Directors
- Stay current on product offerings, service updates, and pricing structures
- Learn from and collaborate with senior team members to continuously improve skills and performance
- Meet or exceed monthly activity and lead qualification targets as set by the sales leadership team
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality, messaging effectiveness, and campaign performance
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market developments relevant to our prospects
- Participate in regular sales meetings, training, and role-playing exercises to sharpen communication and objection-handling skills
Ideal Skills, Education, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of experience in an outbound B2B sales role. Experience working in Ad Tech, Mar Tech, or B2B SAAS is a plus.
- Highly proficient with web-based document products (Google Suite or similar) and CRMs (HubSpot or similar)
- Strong selling skills
- Manage client expectations well and have difficult conversations when needed
- Expert at building compelling proposals for clients
- Passionate about digital marketing and consumer data
- Possess a confident, positive attitude, a motivated team player
- Knowledgeable about the digital marketing space
This is a full-time, remote position with a salary range of $55,000-$65,000.
