Role Overview:
As a BDR, you will be on the front lines of our growth, playing a vital role in generating and qualifying leads for our innovative digital curricula and assessments. You will work closely with the sales team to help expand our footprint in K-12 school districts across the United States. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about education, driven by targets, and eager to make a difference. Part Time and Full Time work available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify and engage potential school partners, qualifying leads to ensure alignment with Axiom's ideal customer profile.
- Outreach: Conduct outreach via email, phone, and social channels to build relationships with key decision-makers in K-12 districts.
- Collaborate with Sales: Work with Account Executives to set meetings, strategize outreach, and ensure a smooth transition from lead to sales.
- Track and Report Metrics: Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and performance metrics (e.g., calls made, emails sent, meetings booked).
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape to tailor messaging effectively.
