Position Overview
We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to identify, qualify, and nurture potential customers. You'll play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities, setting demos, and supporting our remote sales team across the United States. This role involves heavy CRM utilization (HubSpot) and a mix of cold and warm lead prospecting.

Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Research and identify potential customers via cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Qualification: Conduct initial conversations to assess needs and determine fit.

- Pipeline Management: Track and manage opportunities in HubSpot.
- Build New Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and set demos.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide insights and support.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and sales techniques.
- Tech Stack Solutions: Utilize HubSpot, Gong Engage, & Seamless ai effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proven track record in sales or business development (B2B, Automotive and/or Home Services preferred).
- 3+ years of HubSpot experience (Dashboards, Prospecting Dashboard, List Management, etc.).
